With Brain Waves programs, we assess your understanding of these positive psychological attributes at the beginning of each course and then, your further development at the end of the teachings. This is to ensure you are gaining the best insight to our training and your future success.

There are as many as nine suicides every single day in Australia, unfortunately, with seven of those nine being men and two, being women. This is alarming. With suicide being a leading cause of death among young people (15-24 years), it is time we focus on the appropriate tools and practices that welcome positive wellbeing and flourishing into our lives.
